This five-star hotel offers 17 acres of immaculately kept gardens, as well as an amazing pond that looks out over its Olympic-sized swimming pool. You will be rewarded with the highest level of comfort thanks to this and the hotel’s other opulent amenities.

Day 2: Transfer To Kibale Forest National Park

After breakfast, travel through Uganda’s western verdant highlands, which are dotted with tea, coffee, and banana plantations, to reach Kibale Forest National Park. You’ll be in wonder as you gaze at beautiful vistas that are hidden beneath Africa’s third-highest mountain, Rwenzori. You will check in at Ndali Lodge, which is 45 miles from Kibale Forest National Park, which is known for having the highest concentration of chimpanzees in Africa as well as a dizzying array of other primates, birds, and butterflies. Ndali Lodge is situated on the rim of a stunning crater lake. You can take a stroll past alcoholic beverages brewing in oil drums, through coffee terraces, banana and vanilla plantations, and plots of cassava, groundnuts, sorghum, and millet while visiting the lodge, which is a part of a 1000-acre farm with a vanilla processing factory. Five different kinds of Kingfishers visit the solid jetty on the lake below the resort, which is located in a serene and secluded area.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Trekking

Take an early breakfast before being transported to the neighboring briefing area, where the park ranger guide will greet you. Before taking you on an exciting trip in the forest, he will give you a thorough briefing on the dos and don’ts of chimpanzee tracking. The highest diversity and concentration of primates can be found in East Africa at Kibale Forest National Park. The Black-and-White Colobus Monkey, Blue Monkey, Red-Tailed Monkey, Grey-cheeked Mangabey, and Bushbaby are just a few of its more than 13 different species. There are more than a thousand wild chimpanzees living in the dense jungle. Your tour guide will point out an expressive pant-hoot call that signals your proximity to the adorable monkeys. Prior to making the long trip back to your resort for a nice lunch prepared of fresh organic ingredients, spend an entire hour observing them eat, interact, and relax. Visit the lodge once more for a leisurely evening and sundowner.

Day 4: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park after breakfast, passing through banana plantations, crater lakes with unusual formations, and rolling hills along the way. In order to reach Mweya Safari Lodge, continue down the western Rift Valley. The Kazinga Channel is invaded by a peninsula that is home to this five-star resort. Hippos and warthogs are frequent visitors that can be spotted grazing by your windows at night. You will be taken to a nearby docking place for a leisurely boat tour on the Kazinga channel after lunch, where you can see elephants, crocodiles, hippos, buffalos, and a large number of birds.

Day 5: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before leaving your lodging and traveling to the Ishasha region, where the renowned tree-climbing lions are found. The other population, situated in Tanzania’s Lake Manyara National Park, is the second one that is known to regularly climb trees. The behavior of lions has been explained by a number of hypotheses, one of which is that they climb trees to avoid being bitten by tsetse insects. Others assert that they seek shade from the heat in the tree limbs. After your encounter with the lions, have lunch at the adjacent Ishasha Wilderness Camp before continuing on to Bwindi through the lush Kigezi villages. As you leave Ishasha, the landscape gradually transforms from open savanna to mountain slopes covered in dense rain forest. The Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp, a modern-yet-classic lodge that harmoniously integrates with the majestic African mountain backdrop, is where you’ll be checked in. It’s the only lodging option inside the national park, and it’s only a short distance from where your gorilla trekking trip will begin.

Day 6: Experience Tracking Mountain Gorillas

You have a chance to see wild mountain gorillas during the course of a day in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. For the majority of travelers, this is without a doubt the pinnacle of their trip to Africa. Standing meters from the gentle giants as they eat, rest, play, and bond with their young is a humble experience. You will start a one to five-hour forest trek after receiving a briefing from park officials. The length of the trek will depend on where the gorillas are because they move around freely in the dense jungle. You will have the opportunity to meet and interact with one of the ten habituated gorilla families, which include both young and old members. Before you arrive at the gorilla family, you will experience an amazing journey through shrubs, bamboo, and forested slopes. A mountain gorilla encounter is an incredibly moving and fantastic event. You will return to the resort to unwind before leaving for a brief community tour in the evening to meet the Batwa, Pygmies who were driven out of the jungle to make room for the protection of gorillas. They’ll give an example of how they formerly survived in the forest. Return to the hotel in time for supper.

Day 7: Fly to Entebbe, then depart

The last day of your safari is today. After breakfast, your guide will take you to the 1.5-hour drive Kihihi airfield so you may board a chartered flight to Entebbe. You will be driven to the Boma Hotel where you can check into a day room to unwind and recharge before your flight. Before being taken to the airport, have a free farewell supper with our director.
